Oversee daily operations of the business, Creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business in Oslo and other cities in Norway, coordinate the development of key performance goals, direct management of other functional managers in the business, pursue targeted goals and objectives, ensure the overall delivery and quality of the services provided to customers, oversee key hiring and recruitment, training programs for employees, communicate strategy and results to the employees.
